The San Antonio Stars have traded guard Jazmon Gwathmey to the Indiana Fever in exchange for Indiana’s third round pick in the 2018 WNBA Draft.

San Antonio acquired Gwathmey last season in a trade with the Minnesota Lynx in exchange for Jia Perkins. Gwathmey averaged 3.3 points and 1.7 rebounds in 22 games last season with the Stars.

The Stars will tip off the 2017 regular season this weekend with back-to-back games against the New York Liberty on Saturday and against the Washington Mystics on Sunday. Both games will tip off at 2 p.m.
