The San Antonio Stars will look to end their losing skid when they take on the Seattle Storm this evening to continue their home-stand.

San Antonio (1-7) fell 90-75 to the New York Liberty on Saturday night. Estu Ndour led the Silver and Black with 18 points. The Stars kept things close, but a 12-0 run by New York in the fourth quarter sealed the deal.

The Storm (4-6) is coming off a 90-88 win over the Indiana Fever. Reigning Rookie of the Year Jewell Loyd scored 20 points, with 16 coming in the second half.

Number one pick¬†Breanna Stewart is averaging 14.8 points per game. This will be the first of three games against San Antonio. Stewart’s UConn teammate Moriah Jefferson is having a rough time in her first season. She’s averaging just 3.6 points per game.

Overall, San Antonio is 27-31 all-time against Seattle since 2002.

The Stars and Storm will tip things off at 7 p.m. at the AT&T Center. Follow Stars Hoops across social media for live updates.
